Domestic Shipping (Within India)

Delivery Time: 4–9 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Partners: We use trusted courier services such as DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.

Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and product weight.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/email.

International Shipping

Delivery Time: 15–20 business days (varies by destination).

Shipping Charges: Automatically calculated at checkout.

Customs & Duties: Any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking: All international shipments are trackable. Tracking details will be shared once dispatched.

Undeliverable Orders

Orders that are returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee to be determined by us.

Packaging & Insurance

All items are securely packaged to prevent damage.

For high-value items, insured shipping is available on request.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

For custom-made or engraved products, please allow extra time (we will inform you in advance).

Important Notes

We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Please double-check your delivery address before placing the order.

In case of delays from the courier partner’s side, we will support you in tracking and resolving the issue.
