At Jwelmart, we value your satisfaction and want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging.

Customized, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.

The amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.

Please note that the actual time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
